Recent moved from Entourage to Mail. When I traveled with Entourage I simply moved my Microsoft User Database file from my desktop to macbook and back to my desktop. Now that I'm using Mail...this is not so easy. (Hate saying that.) I tried moving the Mail folder in my Library folder from computer a to computer b, however when doing so, and launch mail it wants to reset up a new account.

How do I move my Mail from one mac to another... seamlessly???

Hi Greg

Thanks for using macosx for your tech support needs. I'm Eric and I will be assisting you today.

Have you tried hooking up say a Firewire cable between the iMac and MacBook and using Migration Assistant? I'm not 100% sure if that would work, but it's worth a try. (if you have a wireless network you wouldn't even have to use the cable, but it would probably be slower using the network....)

Let me know if you've tried that or if it works and if not I will continue to research this problem...

Eric
