Hi Chris:

Usually, this problem in file downloading is caused ty busy servers. Try to pass the mouse over the link and see if you see in the status bar of the explorer something starting with 'ftp:' or alike.

If you see this, then you are trying to get a file from a ftp server. These servers usually have a limited number of simultaneous connections allowed (to avoid a high bandwidth use) and your explorer can't make a connection in this moment. Try out later.

Another possible problem is with ftp servers who don't allow 'anonymous' connections (the type Explorer can make...) Normally this is because the server is private or, in the MP3 world, the owner requieres you to contribute with your owns songs before you can get his work. (required disclaimer: you should know that downloading mp3 files if you don't have granted permission from the owner of the rights, is illegal... ;-) )

Hope this helps.
