Hello Alan,

Welcome to NoWonder.

Open My Computer. Go to the Windows folder and the Favorites subfolder. Right click on the folder and left click on Properties to check whether the entire folder will fit on a floppy. It cannot handle more than 1.44 Mb.

If so, open the Favorites subfolder, hold down Control and press A to select all the contents. Right click on any file or folder and left click on Send To. Choose 3.5 inch floppy. All the files/folders will be copied to the floppy. Now insert this floppy into the new computer, open My Computer, use Control A to highlight all the files/folders on the floppy and drag them into the Favorites folder on the new computer.

If your favorites are too many for the floppy, choose enough to fit and then repeat the process with a different floppy.

Good luck.
