TICKET ARCHIVE -> NEED HELP WITH BROWSERS

Hello: Recently I have been experiencing a problem with all 3 of my browsers, SAFARI, FIREFOX, CAMINO.

Everytime I visit a site that plays video such as youtube, or I try to log into a chatroom, I cant, Instead of the video opening i get the Q from quicktime with a ? in the center of the Q.

I have had my iMac G5 for 2 years and this has never happened. This just began to happen in the past 2 weeks. i don't know much about computers so I am hoping one of you can help me.

Seems QuickTime has stolen the association with Flash media. Open System Preferences and click QuickTime. Under Advanced, click MIME Settings. Open the Miscellaneous section; is Flash media checked? If so, uncheck it, close System Prefs, and restart your browsers. If not, I'm not sure what the issue is yet. You might want to reinstall Flash Player, though.
