TICKET ARCHIVE -> No Safari History

I was wondering if it was possible to turn off Safari's History completely.

Hi Park

Yes, it is.

Create a New file from TextEdit, BBEdit, etc. just type a word or two any will do. Name the file History.plist. Quit, then Command-I on the file and change Permissions to No Access. Then replace the History.plist file here;

user>library>safari

with the file you just created.
