Description:
Someone sent me some photos as an attachment to e-mailand I downloaded them, but cannot open them. They were sent with a scanner and a P.C. My computer came up with something like "SimpleText cannot open", so I went to P.C. Exchange(in apple menu) and tried to get another program to open the photos but have not been able to get anything to work. The suffix on the downloaded P.C. photo file is ".mim".What can I do???
Thanks!!!!

Hi Lauren and welcome to No Wonder!

Your best bet is to use the shareware program called GraphicConverter to try and open the image.
Get it from here
http://www.lemkesoft.de

Failing that, ask the sender to send it again in another format like GIF, JPEG or BMP.

Cheers
