TICKET ARCHIVE -> Os 9.1 Does Not Burn a Cd!

I have G4 with OS 9.1 - the system was reinstalled from internal CD-R drive (LG) - but - does not burn the CD - with screen "check the cable.. etc."
What`s happened? In windows everything is clear and simply. In Mac world everything is tricky...

OS X burns CDs, but it's my understanding that OS 9 requires additional software (such as Toast) to do so.

Also you need a CD burner, do you have one, and if so what kind?
