TICKET ARCHIVE -> OS X - Print Window

On earlier Mac operating systems you were able to choose "print window" from the file menu. It is not a selection anymore. Does anyone know how to print a list of the contents of a folder? I know how to take a snapshot, but that's a pain. Anyone? Is there a better way to do it in OS X? Thanks!
