HI
I am attempting to export to PDF from InDesign CS. I have done this a million times. It's a 20-page nothing special document. I keep getting an OUt Of Memory message. I have tried doing the exact same thing on other files for troubleshooting purposes and it works fine. Help! Naturally, this is due tomorrow. Arghhh.
Thank you
Patty

Hi Patty,
Try deleting the InDesign CS .plist file. To do this, launch Finder and type "indesign.plist" in the search box. There should be a file in the results window. Drag that to your desktop and try the conversion. If it still causes you problems, delete the file by putting it in the trash can and emptying it. InDesign will automatically reset the .plist file and you won't lose any information.
Let me know if this works for you.
Sincerely,
Vishad

Thank you for your reply. I will try that and get back to you. I tried creating a pdf of each individual page so I could isolate the problem. On pages 1, 19 and 20 I would receive the Out of Memory message. So, I deleted the images on that page and then it worked. Maybe the images had corrupted. Not sure why it worked but it did. I reoplaced them with newly scanned images.
I will try your suggestion though if it happens again. I really appreciate your response!
Thanks and have a great day.
Patty
