I recv the following message when I attempt to open an attachment. The particular attachment is a jpg. I have MS Editor, PhotoShop 5.0, Coral Photo House and several other photo software. I can open the attachment on a duplicate PC at work but not my home PC.
Error Message: The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator.

Greetings Alison,
What it sounds like is that you had recently uninstalled a graphic program that was used to view your jpeg files. Since it is no longer installed your system doesn't know how to view the file. It tries to view it using a program that is not used for viewing graphics.
You could either reinstall the program you uninstalled. OR, if the above is not the case, reinstall one of your other graphic viewing programs to, hopefully, establish itself as the primary graphic viewer.
You could also make sure that the jpeg files have the .jpg extension and not the .jpe or the .jpeg extension.
Give this a try.
