I recently purchased an iBook G4 and have transfered my files from an older iMac G3, except for the outlook Express mail folders that can not locate. Please advice as to where are these located or if by transfering the application the folders are transferred

Ok, usually the outlook Express application stores all the files and the e-mail data base on the Hard disk in a folder called /Documents/Microsoft User Data. if that does not exist another location could be in the same application folder, in a folder called identities/...

By default the root folder of the OE data base is called "Microsoft User Data", so if can't find that folder in the both locations that I told you, you can search in sherlock app for that name (Microsoft User Data), that should return the location of the folder.
