it says that parallels can only run the nfts boot camp windows and under macosx and u can only "read" the nfts files but can't "write"...so if i'm now in the software "office" under boot camp windows run by paralles, can i just use it as we do in windows, i mean, can i type text and save documents and something like that?

Yes, you can do that, but I don't think that you can just save a document anywhere. You should try it. Save your document in the normal location (probably My Documents). Then, browse to that folder through My Computer, and drag the file to your Mac desktop, or to another folder, wherever you like. Aliases are great to use for this purpose.
Parallels allows you to drag-n-drop files, both from the Windows partition to your Mac partition, and vice versa. This is fairly recent, so you should make sure that your Parallels is up-to-date.
