1. Install Windows using the Boot Camp software. This creates the separate partition for Windows, of course. Be sure to install the Apple drivers for Windows, too.
2. Install Parallels (make sure you have the latest beta). The first time you run Parallels, you will be able to choose to use the Boot Camp partition. It's in one of the custom setups. Keep changing to the various choices until you see the Boot Camp choice, it really is there! BTW, if Parallels asks for the Windows serial number, you're not at the right choice, back up and try one of the others.
3. The first time that Windows starts to run in Parallels, the Parallels tools will install automatically.
Remember not to just quit Parallels to get out of Windows. Shut Down windows first, through the normal Start menu. You will 'bork' the Windows if you simply quit Parallels a couple of times.
Once installed, you can use Windows through Parallels, or choose to reboot to the Windows partition, best for games. Works really well. Continue to watch for updates to Boot Camp, and Parallels, also, Both are beta, and you can't expect either to be perfect for everything that you try.
