Description:
Will have an IMAC shortly. Want a recommendation for some software to do a small business payroll (i.e. the ability to do the various tax deductions etc)
Also, have a Power Computing Power Tower Pro 250. Will I be able to upgrade this machine with some of the programs (System 8.5, Clarisworks, Quicken etc) which will come with the IMAC (assuming a CD containing all the software will be provided with the new IMAC)?
I love your magazine! Used to read Macuser.

You can go to http://www.tryquickbooks.com and look at the macintosh version of Quickbooks Pro. It does payroll, inventory, taxes etc. You can also go to http://www.download.com and do a search on "payroll" without the quotation and it will find you some freeware, demos and shareware of payroll management software. Just reply e-mail me if I can be of any additional assistance.
