Renald,
You do not need anything special if all you want is to share an internet
account. You can use the iMac as a router using IPNetRouter
http://www.sustworks.com/~psichel/. Or if you want something more industural
strength VICOM Internet Gateway http://www.vicomsoft.com/vig/vig.main.html.
There is router software for the PC's also. However, being a Macintosh bigot I
don't know what it's called.

If you want to share files with the PC the best way is to use DAVE
http://www.thursby.com/. DAVE will allow you to use WinTel file sharing and is
probably a better solution than installing AppleTalk on your PC (requires NT
and is included on the NT disks).
