Hi, the registry is a touchy place to be, if you feel comfortable enough to follow these Microsoft instructions then here you go, this may resolve the issue:
http://support.microsoft.com/support.../q131/4/31.asp
If you are unsure about this, then you call Microsoft at 1-800-426-9400, press 5, press 5, press 2, then someone can walk you through editing the registry.
