DESCRIPTION:

Every Time the computer, after the memory test and Plug 'n Play initialization, the PCI Error = 83030078 occurs.
This computer has an SCSI card "Adaptec AHA-2940W" PCI bus interface (on PCI2 Slot)
My harddisk and my CD-ROM are SCSI type so this cause them to be unaccessible.
Other Cards in the computer
on Shared Slot / PCI 0 : a DEC network adapter
on EISA Slot 1 : a Cirrus Logic Video Card

How can I access my HD again ?

Hi Eddy,

Try changing your PCI cards around. I often encounter problems with a network adapter in PCI slot 1 ( or 0 as you may have referred to it ). Particularly so where AGP slot is onboard. Not in your case. Otherwise, you may have to specifically reserve resources in your CMOS setup for each of the PCI slots.
To trouble-shoot, try by first removing the network adapter to see if you can boot up.
