TICKET ARCHIVE -> PCtoMac translating

Description:
Having problems opening up and translating/converting
several different PC file types ie: .TIF,.JPG,.PPT, etc.
on our Macs at work (a Quadra 950, Powerbook 2400, and
a PowerPC 9600/300). I think the problems we are having
are due to us not having the right translator/convertor programs loaded on our systems and subsequently, we are
not able to enter in the correct stuff in the
"PC Exchange" setup menu?????

Exactly WHAT do we need?????

and

WHERE and HOW do we obtain those little programs,
preferably quick and economically???? (ie: DL from websites?)

This has been a big problem for us with our Graphics work
in our AV Dept. at the Medical Center....Please help and
