TICKET ARCHIVE -> photo booth used by other application

when I use skype the built in camera doesnot work,
then when I open camera booth
its says that the camera cannot open because it is used by
an other application, close the application.
How can I find the application using the camera?
mac 10.4.11
restarting do not change the problem

I have seen that issue before. Restart your computer holding the Option + Command + P + R keys down until the computer chimes 3 times total.

After it boots up try to use the camera in photo booth.

If the same results happen, you need to bring it in to get worked on. Either the connection became loose on the camera or the camera itself is failing.

Thanks a lot Jason for your advise. I did try that unfortunately it did not change anything. I guess my next option then is to bring it and have it looked over.
