The issue is probably because when doing graphics for Websites, you are limited to 256 colors. In Photoshop, when opening the palette, you can click on the "Web Colors Only" button to show just the colors that can be used on the web.
The main question that I would have for you is: how are you saving your photoshop files for the web? (Photoshop has some very helpful tools for doing this. Look under Photoshop Help for the different ways Photoshop can help you save files for the web.)
Also, what program are you using to do build your web site?
If none of this helps, let me know.

Victor,

Howdy!
Make sure you keep a few things constant when working with images for web in photoshop:
1. always work in RGB mode, since your jpgs will have to be in this format, but gifs will be in Indexed Color Mode, you'll find your color is much closer if not right on when you work in this color space.
2. When you export images for web, use Photoshop's built in ImageReady (command + option + shift + s to load this) and save as optimized, usually high quality, jpgs (or use gif, depending on what you need). It does a great job at keeping color consistent as long as you always use the same setting for all your web images.
3. Also every monitor is going to be different. As long as your graphics look the same in photoshop as they do on the web on your own computer, then all your graphics should be consistent, even if they have color variations on different monitors.
Definitely let us know how you're creating your images. And maybe some things in this list will help you get the consistency you need.
