I need to get a PICT image down to 32K in order to import it into a Quickbooks pro 5.0 Invoice. However, there does not seem to be a way to do this.
I have a simple black logo and some basic text (I will format the text to whatever is standard to comprise the least amount of space). I can use Adobe Photoshop or some other application I have, though i don't have a list. Any suggestions?
Hi Lara
Take a look at the programs here;

Resize is supposed to be good and also Imagewell.

The suggestions you made don't seem to work - I used two of the programs. They don't allow me to open PICT files. Can you try it for yourself and give me a step-by-step or is that a lot to ask? I could use any help you can give me.
Thank you in advance for your second reply.
Lara
Resize is actual an Applescript that you drop a pic on it's icon to resize.
If you drop a pic on it's icon, look at the saved pic to see what size it is. You can open it in Applescript Editor and chnage the sizing.
You can also try Graphic Viewer;

and GraphicConverter;
