TICKET ARCHIVE -> picture rotater need

Description:
I had some film developed through Kodak developing an had the pictures put on computer disks when it was developed. I picked up the pictures and disks and now find that I need a viewer that will let me manipulate the pictures on the disks so that I can rotate them. I have a Jpeg viewer but it does not allow me to rotate the pictures. Some of the pictures are indexed as".TMB" and some are ".JPG". I know what JPG pictures are but do not know what TMB pictures are. I believe I can open both of these formats but like I said the picture show up on the computer upside down and sometimes sideways. Some of the pictures are unviewable and I just see a bunch of dots. So I know I need at least something that will rotate the pictures. I am searching for shareware or freeware. If you could help I would greatly appreciated it. This is driving me crazy that I can't seem to find something that will rotate for me. I find software that will do everything else but will not rotate. Thank-you very much for your time. Rick Lashley

I don't know what a TMP file is, but I know that the program called GraphicConverter will open and manipulate JPEG files.
