PROBLEM: Software
COMPUTER TYPE: Viglen
MODEL: Pentium II 400
RAM: Not related
OS VERSION: Windows 95
SERVICE PACK:

DESCRIPTION:

I originally had Eudora Light installed, then installed Eudora Pro v.4.0 (later updated to v.4.1 by download) over it. Pro (both versions) ran normally, except that CyberMedia's Windows Guardian reported that it had crashed every time I closed it. Complete deletion and reinstallation (of Pro/Purevoice only) cured that.

However, I also have PGP freeware v.6.0 on my system. It appeared all by itself as a plug-in with Light and stayed when I first installed Pro. However, the subsequent deletion and reinstallation of Pro removed the PGP plug-in (although all others were still there) and despite everything I've tried PGP won't restore as a Pro plug-in.

What do you suggest to restore it? Re-delete everything and start again? (It doesn't matter about any loss of PGP keys as there won't be any - I haven't yet started using it.)

Hi Karen,

Thanks for using No Wonder!

Have you already reinstalled the PGP program, maybe that will solve your problem. Normally you have an email program on your computer and after that you install you PGP software, so try this and tell me what is happend. If it didn't work I will help you with some more things I can think about.

Good luck and thanks again for using No Wonder!
