My friend wants me to install Apple Pentium Dos Card (166Mhz, 16MB RAM, which he has in his PowerMac 7200) into this new PowerMac G3 400 mhz (Blue & White). The G3 is using Mac OS 8.5. Is this possible and if so, how do we go about it. Thanks you.

No, if it's an Apple Dos Card it won't work. You can use Orange Micro Card in the new G3's.
