Hi,
I have just bought roxio popcorn for osx ver 1.0, I want to copy a video_ts file but every time i try to copy it closes popcorn, what is the problem?

First of all, it would be interessant to see if the VIDEO_TS folder is not damaged.
How to do you create this folder ? Using MacTheRipper or equivalent for ripping a DVD ?
If yes, is the DVD a commercial one, a one you have created or a Windows one ?
Could you download VLC (www.videolan.org) and use this DVD player to paly the VIDEO_TS folder ? Does it work ?
PopCorn 1.02 solves a incident which can be compared to yours:

So could you update PopCorn to 1.03
