Can I remove my laptop battery when I'm connected to a power source?

Yes, you can remove the battery while power is connected.
You can swap batteries easily that way, or simply use your PowerBook with no battery installed.
Keep in mind that the 12-inch PowerBook uses the same backup setup as an iBook, so you will lose time and date if you disconnect the power adapter while the battery is out.
