This one is driving me nuts. While in normal view in PP (in windows) you can move to the next slide with control right arrow. Try as I might, I can't find an equivalent keyboard shortcut in the pp for mac. Haven't figured out how to do it with Quickeys or Butler either.

While I'm at it, I'm looking to change the keyboard shortcut in Excel for moving between worksheets in a workbook from ctl right arrow / left arrow to command left arrow, right arrow. Seems like a small thing, but my fingers are doing the flight of the bumblebee when I'm working on an excel workbook. Thanks for the help!

Here's the answer to your PowerPoint question; I'll research the Excel one later, if you'd like that.

In PowerPoint 2004 for Macintosh, the keyboard shortcut to move to the next slide in regular view is "Page Down."

If you're on a notebook computer (iBook, PowerBook, MacBook, MacBook Pro, etc), then the shortcut is "fn" + "down arrow".

Hope this helps,

Couldn't find anything on the Excel keyboard issue - would you like me to open this question to the forums?

Yes please...this is really a great site. I'm new to Mac, but am farely adept at Filemaker. Can I volunteer to help for Filemaker issues?

Thanks again for your help, greatly appreciated

hm - apparently I can't open the question to the forums. I think most people just copy/paste the entire conversation in. I'll just ask for the answer you need on your behalf and paste the link to the thread in, okay?

And about the volunteering - go for it! It's fun, and it gives you that good feelin when you know something and you can help someone!
