I want to print the directory of the folder that I am backing up to CD so that I know what is on my backups.I know how to use grab to capture the screen, but most of the time my directories are larger than can fit in one window. Is there a way to scroll the grab program? Or is there another way to print the directory that I don't know about. Thanks very much.

You can view the contents of a directory as text using Terminal: type "ls " (without the quotes) then drag the folder you want to print the contents for onto the Terminal window. Press "Return" or "Enter" and select print from Finder. This doesn't give you the icons, but it does give you an easy to read list. This also conveniently provides a time-stamp and the files' path. Let me know if you need better instructions or if this does not make sense to you.
