Description:
My Hewlett Packard printer appears to ignore my settings in the Quicken 4. application. For instance, the last two months have printed a couple of months entries when I want only one month. Can you help?

Dear edcdette,

Usually the print menu that appears before the actual printing allows you to indicate what pages are to be printed. If you deselect all and specify a range, it should print only what you request.

The HP printer application should honor what you request in your Quicken application. Usually the HP printer setup is what appears when you go to print.
If this started occuring all of a sudden, the HP application may somehow be corrupted. If the previous suggestion does not work, try trashing the HP Printer Preference file which is located in the Preference folder. If that does not help, reinstall the HP printing software.
