Hi,
When i go to print in classic environment using Office 98 - either in Word or Excel - the doc prints but then freezes up the computer. Please help me fix! thanks.

Darla What kind of printer do you use?

There are 3 different ones - two are on network: HP 3200 and HP D135 and there is one that is usb connected directly to the user's computer: HP 5700

Hi Darla. Try disconnecting all printers. Then go back and connect one at a time and print to it. Eventually you will find the one that is probably causing the problem. If the first printer locks you up, then disconnect it and continue with the 2nd and 3rd ones. I believe you will be partially successful. Let me know and we can go from there.
