Looks like Xerox driver support for this model stopped after June 2004:
http://www.support.xerox.com/go/resu...Xtype=download

This model was replaced by the Phaser 5500.

List of included drivers for your printer in Tiger does still ist your printer, though:
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.h...5#xeroxdrivers

Have you tried contacting Xerox to see if anything in the latest tiger is causing a print issue? Apple supports your printer, but maybe this latest update broke the connection.

I would try going to Print Center, delete the Xerox printer and re add it to your list. Then try a test page. Let me know what happens.

I have removed all drivers and tried again with no success.
I contacted xerox and they let me know it is a network problem. I am looking into that now.
Thank you

I spoke to Xerox, they let me know that the error was network related. I solved this part by making sure that computer name and local host name were the same.

I no longer have the error Client error forbidden. Now the print job just stops.

Any Ideas?
Thanks,
Dan

As long as you went to Print Center, deleted the printer and re-added it, that's taken care of.

I'd recommend trying to print a pdf. If that one works, you have a postscript ripping issue. If not, your connection is having difficulty still. How is your printer connected? USB? Ethernet?

Thank you,
