DESCRIPTION:
Have installed a Disney's "Ready to Read with Pooh" CD-ROM, and when I attempt to play with it, I get on the screen:
PROGRAM ERROR
AIL Init error = Unsupported PCM
data format
Have tried installing CD in a mates computer with no problems but can not seem to make it work in mine. Have not had any problems with any other CD's I have installed, in speaking to the shop I purchased the computer from he had no idea as to what the above ment, can you HELP! Thanks LARRY.

Take a look at the disney site. They give you step by step instructions on how to fix this error. Heres the link

Choose the right program "ready to read with pooh" its at teh bottom of the list for windows 95/98
Click GO
Click advanced troubleshooting
Put a mark in error messages and click go
About half way down you will see your error. Click on that and go through there steps to fix it.
