Knowledge Level: I'm New!
Problem: Combination
Computer Type: Apple
Model: POwerMac 9500/132
RAM: 65+
RAM Enhancer: None
OS Version: MacOS 8.1

Description:
I recently upgraded the firmware of a Polaroid Digital Propalette 8000 and installed Mac OS 8.1. We also installed the latest Propalette driver and software v 4.1.2. Previously we had been running Mac OS 7.6.1. After the above upgrades, text that has been rotated in Powerpoint 8 appears fuzzy on slides generated by the Propalette. It looks like fonts are being substituted. Any suggestions?

Hello Anna and Welcome to No Wonder!

I'm sorry it's taken so long to get back to you on this one. We haven't been able to find anything that might help you.

Have you tried deleting all the associated files and reinstalling the driver?

Have you checked to make sure that it's OS 8.1 compatible?

I'd recommend that you contact Polaroid's technical support on this one. They should be able to give you more help. They have a form you can fill out on the web:

http://www.polaroid.com/cgi-bin/mailto-support.cgi

Or you can give them a call at one of the numbers listed here:

http://www.polaroid.com/service/servfone.html

Sorry I couldn't be of more help. If you figure this out, please let me know so that I'll might help the next person w/ this one =)
