Description:
1) My accountant made some changes on my original templates, and now when I try to make another invoice, I can't make one without using the changes he made. Any suggestions? Undo doesn't work.

2) When modifying a template, I can't seem to display the borders around fields and columns, to adjust them for size. How do I bring back the borders?

Hi Joann & welcome to No Wonder.
Sorry about the delay.
1) One surefire way to return all templates to their original state is to simply delete them and reinstall the templates from the original CD-ROM.
2) I'm sorry, I cannt offer much help there regarding the borders as I use Quicken, not Quickbooks. However, you could try looking for a hide/unhide option in either the View menu or the Tools menu.
