TICKET ARCHIVE -> Quicken 5 Canadian

I am unable to change my quicken preferences on my Ibook g4. I have tried following the instructions but when I restart the quicken I am still unable to use my Bank of Montreal as all the list is still showing US banks.
I have selected preferences again and see Canadian checked but ok is grey and so can't cliick it.
When I check reset and then Canadain can select ok but when I restart quicken I get the same situation ie no Canadian Institutions.

Was going to try re-installing from the cd's but not sure how to only re-install one program and not sure which disk to use.

Hi Charlie

It sounds like you have the US version of Quicken.

This is from Intuit;

Note: The banking features in the U.S. version of Quicken are compatible with only U.S. financial institutions. The banking features in the Canadian version of Quicken are compatible with only Canadian financial institutions. It is not possible to enable online functionality for both U.S. and Canadian financial institutions in the same Quicken file.

Bob for some reason I am able to change to the Canadian version on my mac mine running system 10.4. It all works as per instructions but when I tried to use my G4 Ibook would let me click on the Canadian version under preferences but when I restart quicken the program is still in the us mode.
