Description:
Until 2 days ago Quicken 7 was working OK on computer. Suddenly it refuses to open and gives error message "an unexpected error occured.
We reinstalled program,ran Disk Doctor(no problems ) and it still will not open

Hi welcome to Nowonder

Before reinstalling the Quicken you should remove the old - something probably got corrupted - is still there causing the new to corrupt. First though try pulling the Quicken preference out of the Systems preference folder. If that dont work completely remove all of the quicken and reinstall. Also if you added some new software to the computer maybe this is interferring with it. After installation you should allocate more memory to the program. If you dont know how to do this let me know.
