Description:
When click the download button to get my account info, the program crashes. I get un "unmapped memory" message.

Thanks for using NoWonder. I'll try to help you the best that I can.

First, try changing the memory partition for Quicken and see if that helps. (Select the Quicken application's icon and select "Get Info" in the File menu. Next set the Preferred memory size to a higher number.

Second, what happens if you run with RAM Doubler turned off? RAM doubler is sometimes a culprit in memory related problems.

Third, have you tried calling Intuit about this? Try calling the tech support number in your Intuit users manual.
