TICKET ARCHIVE -> quicken help no go

Description:
I just installed Quicken 98 but Quicken help does not work. I got a message that it works with Apple guide. I found Apple guide in the extensions folder but when I clicked it I got a message to put it in the extensions folder and restart. I tried that but it did not work since it appears to have been in the extensions folder already. How can I activate Apple guide so I can use Quicken help?

Ronald,
I appologize for the delay in responding to your question, I am Nevin of nowonder Mac support. Put your system disc in your cd drive and click install when you get to the part that says easy install change it to custom and sellect Apple guide only and have it install it again. Then try the Quicken help if it doesnt work install the quicken CD and try it again is should work then. If again it doesnt work reinstall your system software as a clean install and go from there. I again appologize for our slowness in responding. Rebuild your desktop and zap your Pram at least weekly, it is not a must but it helps your mac keep running smoothly. Hope this information is helpful if not please let me know.
