Description:
I'm using Quicken 7. I use the automatic transaction functions. When I open the program I am told that there are automatic transactions to be made do I want to enter them. And I say us and the transactions are then posted without a problem.

Every so often I get the following popup message:

"trying to get non-existent transaction"

I click OK and the box reappears. I cannot close the box, I can click OK but the box never closes. The only way I can get out of this problem is to reboot, I am completley hung up.


I have read the manual carefully and can find no answer for this problem. I have tried to find a "non-existent" transaction but can't find anything, how do you find something that doesn't exist.

I appreciated your help in the past and will appreciate any help you can give me now.

Are you using the latest update on this version of Quicken? Try giving that a go usually this will resolve some problems that users have experienced.
