If I go to the Apple site and click on the guided tour video for Mac OS Leopard I get the sound but not the picture.
I have the latest update for Quicktime and I am using the latest update for Safari.
I have repaired and verified permissions several times.

Hi Jim!

Sorry to hear that you're having problems. I will do what I can to help you. First, are you currently running Leopard OS? What browser are you using? Have you tired downloading the video to your desktop and then playing it?

Hi Luc, I am not running Leopard I am using a MacPro intel OS 10.4.11 and I am using Safari 3.0.4.
I'm not sure just how to down load the video in the form it is in. If you go to Apples website it is the first thing you see as it takes up the whole page. I've tried right clicking on it and saving Linked File to download folder but couldn't get it to open. It's not like there is a file to right click on so maybe I am not doing it right.

Try this link:

http://www.apple.com/macosx/guidedtour/

In the middle, you'll notice a Watch It item with 3 sizes to choose from. To the right, you'll notice a Download It option with 2 sizes to choose from. Try the download option.

Wow success, I downloaded the large one and it opened up in Quicktime and worked just fine, strange why it wouldn't play the video just the audio when opened online.
Thanks very much
