What are you trying to do when you get the question mark?

When a page opens, where there should be a picture, there is only a big Q with a question mark in the middle of it. Im not doing anything.

As in a Web Page. Can you please show me what website you are trying to look at, so I can further look into this problem.

I went into
www.youtube.com where you can watch music video. When I click on the one I want to watch it comes up with the big Q and ? Also I was looking at an estate agents site and the pictures of the houses did not appear only the Q and ?

Quicktime is not required for YouTube, instead Adobe Flash is.
You can download it here
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...h&promoid=BIOW choose option 2 where is says its for Power PC. After you download it, install, then restart and try YouTube.
