Help! My AOL has crashed on my iMac (with an OSX system). I can still get e-mail, but am unable to get online and I need to know the steps to re-install the AOL! Any wisdom you could provide would be more than I have now. Thanks!

How can you get e-mail, if you can't get online? Are you using AOL with your high-speed connection (such as cable or DSL?)
Do you mean that you can get to your email, but you cannot browse the internet?
If you really just want to reinstall AOL, Open your user/Library/Preferences folder. Find the file named "AOL for OS X Backup Installer". Open that file, and follow the on-screen directions.

Thanks, Dale -- Yes, I can get e-mail, so my problem must be with my internet browser. (I still am dial-up) I'll try to reinstall, as per your instructions. Thanks again.

Keep in mind that you don't have to use AOL's browser. When you are connected (Welcome, You've Got Mail!) - you can always choose to open an alternate web browser, such as Safari, Netscape, Mozilla, Camino, FireFox, Opera, IE, OmniWeb, iCab, and others.
