What cables and or device required to transfer video from a VCR to a powerbook G4?

Hello kellfam,
Your basic solution is to purchase Elagato's EyeTV EZ. It'll set you back $149, but it will also add the capability to watch television on your powerbook.

You could also find a device that will feed video signal into a FireWire port. The ideal product will be something like this:

That will also set you back $149. I would prefer the Elegato; it also tunes TV.
