Description:
When we got our new iMac the children went directly on to AOL using the preinstalled software and our existing account and entirely by passed the Register with Apple program. They later tried to use it without sucess and registered directly with Apple.
Now AOL works fine, but Sherlock's web search or anything that uses Remote Access fails due to failure of authentication. What do we do now?

Hi welcome to Nowonder
Try this first go into your system folder to the preference folder and pull out and trash the Find File preferences and anything related to Sherlock, then restart see if that helps. Let me know. Best regards sharona@nowonder
