TICKET ARCHIVE -> Resizing Photos In Appleworks Draw

Hello there,
Okay, here's my challenge: I'm making a series of bi-fold greeting cards - two to a page - in Draw. I'm using photos from iPhoto on the front of the cards. I want to be able to accurately size the photos to fit the cards. I want to be able to replicate the size with different photos. I don't want to distort the photos. Can I do it in Draw? Can I do it in iPhoto before I drag the photos to Draw? Thanks for any help anyone can send my way.

(1) I do not not use AW but, as far as I see my daughter working on it:
a. When resizing draw objects, you can maintain the original proportions by pressing Shift as you drag the object handles.
b. To resize the graphic by a specific percentage, select the graphic and choose Scale by Percent from the Arrange menu.
c. What I know is that, when my daughter has a very big image she cannot reach the graphic handles to resize it, she resizes the image in some other tool, like GraphicConverter
(2) But in iPhoto you can resize photos for export
Select the photo (or photos) to resize, and go to "Share" > "Export..."
The pane which opens allows you to resize the photo before exporting them..on the Desktop for instance
Then import these resized images into AW
