TICKET ARCHIVE -> Riven Dvd (10th Anniversary Edition)

I installed Riven following all the instructions but am unable to run the game. Immediately after installing I got the following message " Some files Riven DVD needs are unavailable . Please reinstall Riven DVD (your saved games will not be lost." I tried trashing and reinstalling, but no luck. I had no problems with the Myst DVD that game with the set. I am using Classic 9 (ok with Myst 1) and my OS is 10.3.7 .

Sorry if I picked the wrong category - it's an OS 9 game on OS 10 machine.

Some older games may require that you boot to OS 9. Running Classic within OS X may not work. If you have a Mac that can boot to OS 9, you can try that. On a newer system that can't boot to OS 9, you will be out of luck.
