Description:
I would like to know if there is a way to OCR scan address labels or lists in OmniPage 8 and go directly into a clarisworks database document without jumping thru to many hoops.

Thanx,

Joe :-)

Dear Joe,

When using OmniPage Pro, the easiest option would probably be to save the scanned list as text and then open the ClarisWorks database document and "Insert" or import the text. For more automatic databasing functionality, you may want to look into OmniForm, also a Caere product, which is designed to allow documents with standardized formatting to be read directly into databases.

Hope that helps.
