Description:
This is driving me crazy. I have a small business. I have a Visioneer Paperport scanner. I want to scan my letterhead into the computer and then use it to write on and send faxes and memos from my computer. As of now, if I want to fax anything with my letterhead on it, I have to print it first. How do I scan, save and then access a document that can be used as stationary. I can't figure it out!!!

Please help. Rick Rosenthal

Scan the letterhead and save it as a pict file. You can resize and edit it in a graphics editing application such as Photoshop or GraphicConverter if you need to.

Then, copy/paste the letterhead image onto the top of a document in your word processor (ie. ClarisWorks) and save the document to use as stationary.
