I have a Brother HL-5170DN laser printer hooked up to a router with 2 computers on the same router. I just purchased a Powerbook and an Airport Express.

I connected the Express to the router, and have no problem accessing the internet through this connection. I can see the other computers on the network with Rendezvous.

However, I cannot see the networked printer from the Powerbook. I've searched via the printer setup utility and looked at the Brother info for guidance, but cannot find any help for this situation. I've downloaded updated drivers, restarted, etc.

Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Hi Paul,
Have you tried to connect to the printer via IP? How are the other two computers accessing the printer?

A few moments after I sent my plea, I found the IP address option, and was able to identify the location via the router setup program. The printer was immediately identified, and it works fine now. Thanks so much.
