TICKET ARCHIVE -> Sherlock problem

Description:
I cannot access the internet with Sherlock. In all my other applications there is no problem (Quicken works fine). I can also click on the internet browser icon on the desktop in 8.5.1 and that works fine.

When using Sherlock the dialer completes the call successfully but then a dialog box appears saying there is a network error. I am not on a network that I know of. I am using Netscape Navigator and Free PPP.

I've tried resetting TCP/IP to no avail. Please help.
